Gout

A phase 3, randomized, double-blind, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of (trade secret) compared with allopurinol in adult participants with hyperuricemia associated with gout.

Criteria:

• Diagnosed gout for at least 1 year
• 2 or more gout flares within the past year
• Taking a stable dose of allopurinol (200-600 mg/day) in the last 3 months
